According to legend, Kid Curry, was the "wildest of the Wild Bunch." That wasn't good news to local miner Powell "Pike" Landusky.

Harvey Logan, alias "Kid Curry" started out good for the most part, hard working cowboy, but love and circumstances, according to "Pike", put Harvey in the wrong place...at the wrong time.

Harvey Logan aka "Kid Curry"The Wild Bunch-Fort Worth, Texas, 1901.

Curry's demise seemed to have started in Montana Territory around 1884 in the town of Landusky. "Pike" Landusky left Maiden and proceeded to have a town named after him.

During a saloon brawl Curry managed to shoot Landusky. After escaping the hands of justice, Curry, fearing the worst, teamed up with some of the West's more notorious characters. For a number of years, the "Kid" was trailed by Pinkerton Detectives, and finally, justice and a bullet, caught up with him. He was caught outside of Parachute, Colorado by a posse, where legend has it, he took his own life rather than be captured.
